Elevate your passions to new heights with our Jr. Elects after school thespian program. This program is designed for students in grades 6th through 8th who are inspired to learn more about the performing arts. Our Jr. Elects offers a unique platform for aspiring performers to refine their skills, create lasting connections and make a meaningful impact within their community.
At Phoenix Performing Arts, we recognize that middle school is a pivotal time in a young person’s journey where curiosity meets skill development. Our program aims to provide a dynamic and inclusive environment that fosters growth on stage and off. Led by experienced and dedicated staff, who are committed to nurturing each participant’s potential, the Jr. Elects will ensure a wonderful opportunity for each child to hone their talents, enhance their creativity and nurture their self-expression.
Beyond mastering their craft, students will develop vital life skills that will extend beyond the stage. Our program ensures each student will cultivate effective teamwork and communication skills to build resilience in the face of challenges and the confidence to find their own voice! As the curtain rises on this year’s program, our Jr. Elects will have the opportunity to become part of a supportive community of peers, grow in their personal performing arts journey, and have the safe space to truly spread their wings.
Time Commitment: This group meets weekly on Mondays, from 6:00-7:30pm, during the academic calendar year
